The Daily Camera will host Aging at Altitude, a free event, 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday, Oct. 22 at the Boulder JCC, 6007 Oreg Ave., Boulder.

More than 40 Expo vendors will offer an abundance of tips and advice in health and nutrition, financial and retirement planning, real estate, home care, lifestyle, leisure and fitness. Two concurrent speaker and panel sessions start at 9:30 a.m. and include Reverse Mortgage Applications in the Real Word, A Focus on Skin Health, Staying Physically Functional and Independent, Cannabis and Age-Related Disease, Brain Health: Alzheimer’s and the Bredesen Protocol, Mindfulness and Full Presence Caregiving, Taking Care of Your Family Through Prearrangement, and Oral History: Preserving Your Life Story. Via Mobility Services will provide a free parking shuttle from the Naropa Nalanda Campus, 6287 Arapahoe Ave. every 10 to 15 minutes from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
