I want to share some great news about our partner the Museum of Boulder. They’re having a party, and you are invited. The Museum of Boulder (formerly the Boulder History Museum) is hosting a celebration and open gallery, to show off the renovated, restored and rejuvenated Museum of Boulder. The galleries have been expanded, and together they will be hosting three exhibitions chosen to inaugurate the new spaces.

The Building Dedication and Block Party Celebration takes place Saturday, May 19. The ribbon cutting is at 2 p.m., followed by the opening of the building and free visitor access until 5 p.m. to view “Da Vinci Machines,” “Sportsology” and “Discover NASA” exhibits.

Expect an entirely new and invigorated visitor experience, with interactive, immersive creative technologies. There are musical performances from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., plus kids activities and community art projects.
