Every child should have an opportunity to excel in school. But they need the right tools. Today, the cost of basic school supplies is well over $75 per student. That’s a real hardship for many families.
Crayons to Calculators is asking our help to fill 11,000 backpacks for local students in need. There are over 15,000 students from economically challenged families in the Boulder Valley School District and St. Vrain Valley School District. Here’s a way to to help support their success in school.
Crayons to Calculators has donated over 200,000 pencils, 38,000 pens, 30,000 folders, thousands of glue stick and so much more.
There are several ways you can help support the Crayons to Calculators drive. You can donate a backpack. Go to the website at crayonstocalculators.org, download the supplies list and go shopping. Or you can volunteer to help stuff backpacks. Help send Boulder County students to school this fall equipped and ready to learn!
