The Impact on Education Foundation (IEF) for Boulder Valley Schools is hosting a community conversation “Supporting the Mental Health of Our Youth” on Weds., April 12 from 5:45–8 p.m. at Manhattan Middle School, 290 Manhattan Dr. in Boulder.

IEF is gathering clinicians, BVSD educators and administrators, community health professionals and people with lived experiences for this important conversation.

Panelists will discuss the current mental health risks facing our youth; techniques for communicating with your children about their mental health needs; school, community and healthcare resources available to parents, and more.

With mental health challenges skyrocketing in our community, the foundation is working to raise both awareness and the funds needed to address youth mental health.

Supporting our students’ and young peoples’ well-being is crucial to our education system. Visit ImpactOnEducation.org to learn more and register for this discussion.
