Boulder area seniors (and the ones who love them) won’t want to miss the Aging at Altitude Expo this Saturday, April 22 at the Boulder JCC, 6007 Oreg Ave. in Boulder.

This free event, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., offers short, informative sessions on important aging topics, from senior living options, to trusts, health, saving for retirement and a host of other timely topics, presented by local experts.

You’ll also find more than 30 exhibitors representing senior lifestyle products and services. This is your opportunity to ask questions and take home valuable information.

The Aging at Altitude guide, which published Sunday, April 16 in the Daily Camera, Broomfield Enterprise and Longmont Times-Call, will help you get the most out of your visit.

The guide features tips, advice and the latest trends in health, nutrition and home care, financial and retirement planning, real estate from active adult communities to assisted living facilities, leisure, lifestyle and fitness.

There is plenty of free shuttle parking provided by Via Mobility Services, and food trucks to feed your appetite.
