The Camera is proud to partner with more than 100 local nonprofit organizations every year, providing our time, talent and more than $2 million of support. These organizations help to make our community a better place to live and work – and we love to recognize their success!
I received the following notes from two groups that we had the honor of sponsoring recently. I hope you’ll take a moment to look into the great work they are doing in our communities.
The Community Action Program works to help alleviate poverty in Boulder County. With over 14 percent of our nation living in poverty, the CAP’s work is important.
“I want to thank you for being a prime sponsor of the Community Action Program’s twenty-seventh annual Multicultural Awards banquet,” writes Eliberto Mendoza, director. “It is the support of businesses such as the Daily Camera that make this a successful event.”
Frank W. Bruno, president of the Boulder Community Health Foundation, said, “Thank you for your kind gift… which helps your community healthcare provider continue to improve, expand services and serve everyone in need in our community. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!”
