Community Food ShareI’ve said this before—and you’ve proved it again. The people of Boulder County are a generous group.

So when Community Food Share, the food bank for Boulder and Broomfield counties, needed your help to stock the shelves, you turned out and you made it happen.

Throughout the year, Community Food Share helps ensure that families have the nutritional support they need, by providing non-perishable food to families right here in Boulder County who face food insecurity—simply not having enough healthy food.

Julia McGee, Community Food Share’s director of communications, said, “I am delighted to share that this year’s Let’s Bag Hunger fund and food drive raised more than 95,000 meals. That’s an impressive leap beyond our 60,000 meal goal! Your continued partnership is a key element of the event’s success. We are so grateful to the Daily Camera.”

High-fives to the Daily Camera readers (you are amazing) for donating—and donating big! Your contribution to our community is highly appreciated.

If you missed out on November’s drive, or you’d like to give a little more, please donate now by visiting communityfoodshare.org.
