The Daily Camera works with more than 100 local nonprofit groups to help them promote their worthy missions. All told, we are able to provide these groups with more than $2 million worth of support each year. We do this because we value the work they do to improve the lives of others in our community.
I recently received a very nice message from Lori Canova, president and CEO of the I Have A Dream Foundation of Boulder County. It was gratifying to hear how the partnership between the Camera and IHAD has helped to make a difference.
She wrote: “I cannot tell you how important it is for us to receive this support. Being able to share our work with all your many readers has been invaluable! In fact, most recently, we had someone read our ad about our need to have a few more people sponsor Dreamer Scholars and a couple responded to that ad and ended up sponsoring several Dreamer Scholars!
