If you or a family member is part of this vibrant senior community, you won’t want to miss the Successful Aging Expo, presented this weekend on  Saturday, May 13 by the Times-Call. This free popular event runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Longmont Museum, 400 Quail Road in Longmont.

The Successful Aging Expo will offer an abundance of tips, advice, and the latest trends in health and nutrition, financial and retirement planning, real estate­­—from active adult communities to assisted living facilities—home care, lifestyle, leisure, fitness, and more.

Enter drawings for a free perm or free hair color (haircuts are just $9.99 day of the show). 

Free otoscopic ear exams are offered by Hearing Health Care Centers, and you can pick up a free event bag from Kaiser Permanente (while supplies last). Free flowers for Mother’s Day are available while supplies last.

Take in free seminars of timely topics such as cataracts, a senior law panel, senior housing and much more.

The museum is a senior- friendly place with easy access and plenty of parking.
