Don’t miss the Aging at Altitude Expo this Saturday, Oct. 22 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Boulder JCC, 6007 Oreg Ave. in Boulder.

There will be speakers and panelists presenting their expertise in a robust and diverse set of  topics of interest to seniors—and the people who love them.

A food truck will be on site, and a free parking shuttle provided by Via Mobility Services will help you get to the expo and back to your car.

A new feature this year is the Aging Job & Volunteer Fair, an event created for the growing number of us working after turning 65, both out of financial necessity and to stay busy—a trend the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics sees increasing over the next decade.

The Aging at Altitude Expo Guide, which arrived in last Sunday’s Daily Camera, Longmont Times-Call and Broomfield Enterprise, is an excellent resource for getting the most out of your visit.

The guide features tips, advice and the latest trends in health, nutrition and home care, financial and retirement planning, real estate from active adult communities to assisted living facilities, leisure, lifestyle and fitness.

This event keeps getting more popular every time it is held. I hope you will join us!
