Boulder area seniors (and the ones who love them) should make plans now to attend the Aging at Altitude Through the Generations Expo on April 23 at the Boulder JCC, 6007 Oreg Ave. in Boulder.

This free event, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., offers seminars on important aging topics, from senior living options, to trusts, health, saving for retirement and a host of other timely topics, presented by local experts.

You’ll also find more than 30 exhibitors representing senior lifestyle products and services. This is your opportunity to ask questions and take home valuable information.

You are also encouraged to share your personal stories, experience and wisdom at the Audio Information Network of Colorado.

To get the most out of your visit, be sure to watch for the Aging at Altitude guide on Sunday, April 17 inside the Sunday Camera.

The guide features tips, advice and the latest trends in health, nutrition and home care, financial and retirement planning, real estate from active adult communities to assisted living facilities, leisure, lifestyle and fitness.

There is plenty of free parking for everyone.
